My family's undisputed favorite -
3 peeled tomatoes
1 large cucumbers
1.5 peppers (I use .5 red, yellow, green)
1 large green onion
2 garlic cloves
handfull basil, parsley, dill (use less if dried)
10+ dashes tobasco sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup oil (canola or olive)
large (42 oz.) can tomatoe juice
Dice vegis very small and add rest of ingredients.
Let sit at least 24 hours; ages well :=)
